There are two types of weaknesses - the ones we know about, and the ones we don’t know about (yet). If you have the knowledge of your weaknesses, the assumption is you will be working on fixing that weakness to overcome it, so be prepared to describe a weakness you conquered in the past, and how you plan to improve on that weakness going forward. The problems we don’t know about (yet) are actually opportunities to take suggestions from others, to ultimately improve your performance, showing you are able to take suggestions well in a collaborative environment.
