We do live in a new multimedia age, and a hiring manager can easily google your name and find your social media with plenty of photos in a short period of time - so why not include a top notch photo on your resume? Plus, a photo of the applicant may help in humanizing the applicant, making the words equate to a full human versus a sheet of text. Why not?
